All rates are based on single or double occupancy.  Additional occupants in applicable rooms are $10 per person, per night.  All rates are per day and do not include 7% Maine State Lodging Tax.  Two night minimum stay and additional deposits may be required.

All rooms include:  free wireless Internet access, refrigerator, microwave, cable television with more than 175 channels including ESPN, NESN and HBO.  Each room also has a private bathroom and hair dryer.  For your added enjoyment, we have a Spa Haus with a 6-person hot tub, a toasty warm sauna and an outdoor fireplace area.

Directions to St. Joe's:  We are located approximately 5 miles from St. Joseph's College.  From our parking lot, turn right onto Route 302 East.  Turn right at your first traffic light onto White's Bridge Road.  Follow White's Bridge Road approximately 2 miles to St. Joseph's Campus (Main Entrance with Large Sign on right).
